My wife told me to be quiet when Charlie Davies scored. She said somebody in the neighborhood might call the cops. My son enjoyed the outburst, and started to shout “GO CHARLIE!” repeatedly. Luckily when Michael Bradley scored everybody was outside except me, but I opened the window and shouted out to them. When Clint scored, I had almost assumed that we wouldn’t go through, but it was a respectable showing. But the third goal was magic, and it nearly brought my house down!
